Born out of my background in science and love for making and sharing food, this blog became my electronic lab notebook, where successful kitchen experiments would be collected. While I see cooking as an art, baking is a science, and there’s always an answer as to why a dough didn’t rise, the cream churned to butter, and how gluten creates those beautiful pockets of air.
